Job Summary

Keystone Real Estate seeks a detail-oriented and skilled CAD Technician to support the design and development team with technical drawings and drafting services. The successful candidate will prepare accurate drawings, maintain project documentation, and contribute to the successful execution of real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Maintain organized project files and technical documentation.
• Interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
• Assist in site measurements and data collection when required.
• Support project planning and coordination activities.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of drafting assignments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Drafting Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CAD Technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong technical drawing and visualization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
