Position Overview

Sizanid Staffing invites motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Human Resources team as a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) Trainee. This role offers a structured learning environment where you will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, supported by mentorship and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

As a CHRA Trainee, you will:

• Support the HR team in recruitment activities, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards.
• Participate actively in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Contribute to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and development programs to strengthen HR knowledge and competencies.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are recent graduates or final-year students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of human resource principles and employment regulations.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Are proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Hold or are willing to pursue a certification in Human Resources (preferred).
