Role Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. The role works closely with the Operations Manager and the wider management team to coordinate documentation, communication, scheduling, and record management while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare professional letters, reports, memos, and other official documents
  • Support the Operations Manager in preparing, organizing, and managing tender documents
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized filing systems for both physical and digital records
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage the Operations Manager’s calendar efficiently
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and courier services
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team as required
  • Ensure the confidentiality, security, and proper handling of company information and documents

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Applicants residing in Kpone, Tema, Ashaiman, or nearby areas are strongly preferred
