Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support the design, planning, and execution of civil works for high-voltage power infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will deliver structural and foundation engineering solutions, ensure compliance with technical standards, and support multidisciplinary project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, supervise, and execute civil engineering works for transmission lines and substations
• Oversee construction of transmission line foundations, substation civil works, roads, drainage systems, and structural components
• Conduct site assessments, geotechnical evaluations, and structural analysis to support engineering decisions
• Ensure compliance with utility standards, engineering codes, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and project teams to ensure integrated project delivery
• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and progress updates
• Support planning and execution of high-voltage infrastructure projects (161kV and above preferred)
• Resolve technical challenges on-site and provide engineering solutions in real time
• Maintain effective communication with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in power infrastructure projects
• Experience in transmission line foundations, substation civil works, roads, drainage, and structural works
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical investigations and structural analysis
• Experience in high-voltage transmission and substation projects (161kV or above preferred)
• Strong understanding of utility standards, engineering codes, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/project management software
