Job Summary

Fides Group is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Experience Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction, strengthening relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
  • Escalate client issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution within agreed timelines
  • Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports on client satisfaction and service performance
  • Uphold company service standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
