Corporate Communications Analyst

Location: Accra
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

AmaliTech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Analyst to support and strengthen the organization’s internal and external communications efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing corporate content, media relations, digital engagement, and strategic communication initiatives that enhance the company’s brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the content of AmaliTech’s company app, ensuring it remains an engaging and reliable source of information for stakeholders.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to effectively communicate company news, initiatives, and updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate responses to maintain a strong and positive corporate image.
  • Manage AmaliTech’s internal and external newsletters, ensuring timely and impactful communication.
  • Develop compelling business and corporate content aligned with organizational goals and brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze press activities and app performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication projects.
  • Design and implement initiatives that increase user engagement across the company app and digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistency, professionalism, and accuracy across all communication channels and platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proven experience in media relations, corporate communications, or press management.
  • Proficiency in managing digital platforms, applications, and communication tools.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
