Role Overview

The Corporate Operations Associate – National Service will support the day-to-day corporate and administrative operations of the organization. The successful candidate will assist with vendor coordination, logistics, office administration, facilities management, and operational reporting to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily corporate operations and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, office administration, and facilities management functions.
  • Assist in managing vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support inventory tracking, office supplies management, and procurement coordination.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide administrative support to internal teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and operational activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal operational procedures and administrative standards.
  • Identify operational challenges and support the implementation of practical solutions.
  • Contribute to maintaining an organized, professional, and efficient working environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience in operations, administration, office management, or corporate services.
  • Experience managing vendors, facilities, logistics, and administrative operations is an advantage.

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good vendor and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong professionalism, accountability, and time management skills.
