Role Overview

The Field Operations and Compliance Associate – National Service will support field operations, compliance activities, and project coordination across operational locations. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring compliance standards, coordinating field activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting sustainability and operational reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support field operations and project coordination activities across operational communities.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with ESG standards, traceability requirements, donor reporting guidelines, and certification processes.
• Coordinate field data collection, reporting, and operational documentation.
• Conduct field visits and support operational assessments to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, field officers, and stakeholders to support project implementation.
• Identify operational and compliance challenges and support corrective actions.
• Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement activities within field operations.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination across operational teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Environmental Science, Rural Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in field operations, compliance, or project coordination, preferably within agritech, NGO, or sustainability sectors.
• Strong understanding of compliance standards, including ESG, traceability, donor reporting, and certification requirements.

• Ability to travel regularly to field locations within operational areas.

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and field-based operational environments.
