Corporate Sales Executive (Full-Time)

About the Role

CompuGhana is seeking a driven and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join its Accra team. The successful candidate will develop and grow corporate client relationships, promote innovative IT and security solutions, and drive revenue growth across key business segments.

In this role, you will actively engage corporate clients, identify business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that include IT infrastructure, CCTV systems, and access control technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new corporate and B2B sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Promote and sell IT solutions, including CCTV systems and access control solutions.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client information.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in the IT or security systems industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control solutions, and related technologies.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
