CREATIVE DESIGNER

Location: Accra
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and highly creative Creative Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will develop visually compelling content that strengthens brand identity, enhances digital engagement, and supports marketing and communication objectives across multiple platforms.

This role requires a versatile designer with strong technical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphic content for digital and print platforms.
  • Create engaging social media content to support brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Develop video content, including shooting, editing, and motion graphics production.
  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms to maintain consistent brand presence.
  • Capture professional photos and videos using cameras and other production equipment.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand identity, tone, and communication objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends and apply insights to improve content performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to execute creative strategies.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Graphic Design, Content Creation, and Social Media Page Management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, and other creative tools.
  • Hands-on experience in photography and videography.
  • Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects.

Added Advantage

  • Experience in branding, digital marketing, or multimedia production.
  • Ability to develop campaign concepts and creative strategies.
  • Strong awareness of current digital content trends and audience behavior.
