As part of its expansion, the company invites applications from motivated and customer-focused individuals for the position of Credit Relationship Officer.

Key Responsibilities

The Credit Relationship Officer will:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard prospective clients within assigned operational areas.

• Assess clients’ credit needs and support loan application and approval processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote trust and loyalty.

• Monitor loan utilization and ensure timely loan repayments.

• Follow up on overdue accounts and support recovery efforts in line with company policies.

• Maintain accurate client records and submit regular performance reports.

• Represent the organization professionally and promote its products and services.

  Qualifications and Requirements

  Applicants must:

  • Hold a minimum of a WASSCE Certificate.

  • Reside in Accra or its environs.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Show basic numeracy and record-keeping ability.

  • Display honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Previous experience in microfinance, sales, or customer relations will be an added advantage.
