Job Summary
The CRM Business & Payment Analyst/Officer plays a key role in managing customer relationship management (CRM) processes, monitoring payment operations, analyzing business performance, and supporting operational efficiency. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, optimize business processes, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
- Monitor customer payment transactions and reconcile payment records.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Prepare and present timely reports on key business and operational performance metrics.
- Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems and payment processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer and payment-related issues efficiently.
- Develop dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and operational procedures.
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness.
- Support management with data-driven analysis for strategic planning and business growth.
- Perform any other duties assigned in line with the objectives of the role.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Applied Marketing, IT Business, Operations, Accounting and Finance, Logistics and Supply, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Operations within Logistics and Supply, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related Oil and Gas environment.
- Experience in reporting on key operational or production performance metrics.
- Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
