Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries regarding hospital services
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, procedures, and processes
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and courteously
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and documentation
- Deliver an excellent customer service experience to patients and visitors
- Support front desk and administrative operations when required
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients and guests
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Basic computer proficiency
