Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Customer Service & Admin Officer to join our team at the Airport location. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer support, assist with travel-related inquiries, and handle administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

  • Provide accurate information on travel services, bookings, and company offerings.

  • Support daily administrative operations, including documentation, filing, and record management.

  • Assist with booking coordination and travel-related customer requests.

  • Maintain organized customer records and administrative reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Uphold company service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or travel agency operations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
