Empower Communities Through Education and Financial Inclusion
We are seeking passionate, customer-focused, and community-oriented Customer Service Officers – Financial, Digital and Life Skills Training to join our team across multiple regions in Ghana.
In this role, you will support customers by delivering financial, digital, and life skills education, promoting financial literacy, and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in empowering individuals with practical knowledge that improves financial decision-making, digital confidence, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Engagement
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community stakeholders.
- Support customer onboarding and provide guidance on BRAC Ghana Savings & Loans products and services.
- Promote customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service delivery.
Financial, Digital & Life Skills Training
- Facilitate financial literacy, digital literacy, and life skills training programmes for customers and community groups.
- Deliver engaging learning sessions using adult learning principles and participatory training methods.
- Support customers in developing practical financial management, budgeting, savings, and responsible borrowing skills.
- Promote digital literacy by guiding participants on the safe and effective use of digital financial services.
- Encourage personal development, confidence, and informed decision-making among programme participants.
Community Outreach & Programme Support
- Participate in community engagement activities to increase awareness of training programmes.
- Support outreach initiatives that promote financial inclusion and youth development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure successful programme implementation.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate educational interventions and support services.
Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and customer interactions.
- Prepare reports on programme activities and customer engagement.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to improve programme delivery.
- Contribute ideas that enhance customer experience and programme effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must possess:
- An HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- One (1) to two (2) years’ relevant experience in education, training, finance, social work, youth development, community development, or customer service.
- Good working knowledge of microfinance operations in Ghana.
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles and community-based training approaches.
