In this role, you will build strong client relationships, support financial operations, promote BRAC Ghana Savings & Loans’ products and services, and contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences while upholding the organization’s safeguarding standards.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide professional and responsive customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving customer concerns.
- Promote the organization’s financial products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a positive client experience throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Financial Operations
- Process cash and bank transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare cash requisitions and cash certificates in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and operational procedures.
- Support branch operations to achieve operational and customer service targets.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare timely reports and maintain accurate operational records.
- Support documentation and reporting requirements in line with organisational standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks that support branch operations and service delivery.
- Ensure confidentiality when handling customer and financial information.
Safeguarding Responsibilities
- Promote and uphold a strong safeguarding culture across all programme activities.
- Support the implementation of the organization’s safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and encourage colleagues to maintain a safe and respectful working environment.
- Participate in safeguarding training and ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements.
- Promptly report safeguarding concerns or incidents in accordance with established reporting procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A minimum of a Senior High School (SHS/WASSCE) Certificate.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a microfinance institution, financial institution, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Practical experience in cash handling, bank transactions, cash requisitions, cash certificates, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
