Role Overview

The Data Analyst & Control Lead drives data-informed decision-making while strengthening internal controls and performance management frameworks. The role combines advanced analytics with governance oversight to enhance operational efficiency, improve revenue assurance, and support strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data across operational, financial, and patient systems.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and performance reports to support real-time decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including patient flow, utilization, conversion rates, and service turnaround times.
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support revenue assurance initiatives and detect potential revenue leakage risks.
  • Strengthen internal controls and monitor compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Analyze patient behavior, marketing performance, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to governance standards.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning, pricing, and resource allocation.

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical modeling capability.
  • Experience in healthcare or service-based environments is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
