Position Summary

As the Digital Marketing & IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for strengthening the park’s online presence through creative digital campaigns while providing day-to-day IT support to ensure the smooth operation of business systems. You will collaborate with internal teams to promote the brand, engage audiences, and support technology initiatives that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create compelling content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage the organization’s social media accounts and engage with online communities professionally.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives to improve online visibility.
  • Capture and edit photos, graphics, and videos to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends and recommend innovative ideas to strengthen the brand.

IT Support

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Support users with troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day technology challenges.
  • Assist in maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure and digital systems.
  • Ensure the security and proper management of digital assets and company data.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, digital advertising, content creation, or a related role.
  • Experience providing IT support in a business environment is an added advantage.

Professional Certifications (Optional but Advantageous)

Professional certifications in any of the following are desirable:

  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Marketing
  • SEO
  • HubSpot Social Media Marketing
  • HubSpot Content Marketing

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent creative storytelling and content development skills.
  • Ability to create engaging graphics, videos, and multimedia content.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, CapCut, and other graphic design or video editing software.
  • Strong community management and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
