We are seeking a responsible, safety-conscious, and customer-focused Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring safe and efficient transportation services while maintaining company vehicles to the highest standards.

Role Overview

As a Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation services for guests and company personnel. You will also conduct routine vehicle inspections and support the overall safety and security of transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Safely transport guests, staff, and authorized personnel to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and efficient guest transfer services while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Monitor vehicle condition and promptly report any faults, damages, or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles at all times.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing, and fuel consumption as required.
• Support safety and security protocols during transportation assignments.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of driving experience.
• A valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a security-related environment will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and routes within Accra and surrounding areas.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality when required.
