Job Purpose

The Dry Zone Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of designated attractions and facilities within the Dry Zone. The role ensures safety compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences while leading and supervising on-site staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Dry Zone operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Enforce safety policies and operational procedures at all times.

• Monitor ride operations, equipment functionality, and cleanliness of assigned areas.

• Lead, train, and coordinate team members to maintain high performance standards.

• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

• Ensure staff scheduling aligns with operational demands.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.

Educational & Professional Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ supervisory or operations experience.

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
