Role Overview
Maamani Ghana seeks a skilled and proactive Electrical & Electronic Technician to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial electrical and automation systems. You will play a key role in ensuring maximum equipment uptime, system reliability, and safe operations across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and electronic systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults in machinery, control panels, and automation systems
- Support PLC-based automation and control systems to ensure efficient production operations
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and operational procedures
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across electrical systems
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of automation and control systems (PLC experience preferred)
- Proven experience in industrial environments such as:
- Poultry farms (preferred)
- Feed mills (preferred)
- Manufacturing or processing plants (preferred)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment
