Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, coordination, and confidential support to the Executive Office. You will ensure seamless execution of executive priorities, governance processes, and stakeholder engagements. This role demands discretion, organization, and proactive management to enable executives to focus on strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence efficiently
Prepare board packs, presentations, briefs, and confidential reports
Track executive action items and ensure timely follow-up across departments
Act as a liaison between executives, senior management, and external stakeholders
Draft formal communications, memos, and executive summaries
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive corporate and personal information
Support board and committee meetings, including taking minutes, preparing resolutions, and monitoring compliance
Proactively identify areas to improve workflow and executive efficiency
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives in a corporate or regulated environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, attention to detail, and time management
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Experience in regulated industries or corporate governance environments is an advantage
