Role Overview

Kusi Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO and leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination across internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications to ensure optimal time management.
  • Organize and coordinate board meetings, team calls, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Conduct grant research, track opportunities, and support application preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with basic bookkeeping, procurement, and expense tracking.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems and administrative processes.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Experience with bookkeeping, calendar management, and travel coordination.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
