Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. The successful candidate will lead teams, manage resources, and ensure the highest standards in safety, functionality, and resident satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Management

  • Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs

  • Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs

Operational Oversight

  • Manage daily facility operations to ensure efficiency and reliability

  • Coordinate and supervise vendors and service providers

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and develop maintenance staff

  • Conduct performance evaluations and drive team productivity

Budget Management

  • Prepare, manage, and monitor facility budgets

  • Control costs and optimize resource allocation

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Enforce safety standards, policies, and procedures

Resident Relations

  • Address resident concerns promptly and professionally

  • Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and sustainability

  • Implement initiatives that enhance property value and performance


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5–10 years of experience in facilities management (luxury residential experience preferred)

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office

  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Asset uptime: ≥ 98%

  • Budget adherence: within ±3%

  • Resident satisfaction: ≥ 90%

  • Utility cost savings: ≥ 15% year-on-year
