Role Summary

Maamani Ghana seeks a proactive and experienced Feed Mill Supervisor to oversee daily feed production operations. You will ensure efficient mill performance, maintain strict quality standards, supervise production teams, and support optimal feed formulation aligned with poultry nutrition requirements.

You will actively drive productivity, safety, and consistency across all feed mill processes while supporting Maamani Ghana’s integrated agricultural system.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Supervise daily feed mill operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
• Oversee feed formulation processes in alignment with poultry nutrition standards
• Enforce strict quality control measures across all production stages
• Manage raw material usage, inventory control, and production scheduling
• Lead and guide production staff to achieve daily and weekly output targets
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate routine maintenance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate production records and operational reports
• Collaborate with agronomy and livestock teams to optimize feed performance

Minimum Requirements

Maamani Ghana requires candidates who meet the following criteria:

• HND or BSc in Agriculture, Animal Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in feed mill operations
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong understanding of:
  • Feed formulation principles
  • Quality control systems
  • Poultry nutrition and feed performance standards
• Ability to lead teams in a production environment
• Strong problem-solving and operational planning skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
