Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Female Field Assistant to support field operations, customer engagement activities, market intelligence gathering, and sales initiatives within our operational areas. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to strengthen market presence and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support field sales and customer engagement activities across assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners.
• Gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Assist in implementing sales and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor product availability and visibility within assigned locations.
• Prepare and submit accurate field reports and activity updates.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and recommend practical solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven consultative selling skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong learning agility and the ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.
• Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
