Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities to support the achievement of business objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Support market research activities and identify new business opportunities.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven consultative selling skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong learning agility with the ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.
- Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
