Job Summary

The Financial Controller will lead and manage all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, robust financial controls, and compliance with statutory requirements. This role provides strategic financial oversight to support informed business decisions and sustainable growth.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and preparation of management accounts.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Implement cost control measures and conduct internal audits to ensure financial discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage payroll, cash flow, and financial transactions efficiently.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
