Telecel Ghana is a leading telecommunications provider committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a proactive and analytical Fixed Business Development Analyst to drive growth in our fixed broadband (FBB) and fixed voice services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement compelling sales offerings in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
  • Partner with Customer Experience and Fixed Services teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and installation for customers.
  • Motivate Sales Agents through dynamic commission schemes.
  • Monitor regional sales and gross-adds performance, providing reports to enable achievement of FBB acquisition targets.
  • Develop and manage channels for gross-adds delivery, including direct sales, online platforms, retail, and alternative channels.
  • Position Telecel competitively in fixed voice and data markets by executing engagement roadmaps, communications, experiential initiatives, sponsorships, and events.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through ownership of the fixed marketing and engagement roadmap to enhance brand awareness and consideration.
  • Oversee fixed digital and social media channels, ensuring content is relevant and appealing to target audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS), profitability, and market perception of key capabilities.

Qualification & Experience

Required:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field) or 3 years of relevant Telecom, Technology, or Commercial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems and report management software applications.
  • Experience in Go-To-Market strategy, brand management, project management, stakeholder engagement, and sales management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop business cases and interpret performance data.
  • Ability to anticipate industry trends, technological changes, and customer preferences to support strategic positioning.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in telecommunications or technology-driven organizations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP or other financial management systems.
  • Professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, ICA, CPA).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to provide actionable insights.
