Position Summary

We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Front Desk / Client Service Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The successful candidate will manage front desk operations, support client engagement, and contribute to delivering an exceptional service experience.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing excellent customer service and supporting sales-related activities where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including inquiries, appointments, and client follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information about services and support client decision-making.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain proper client records and update information accurately in systems.
  • Support sales and customer engagement activities to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Resolve client concerns or escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a client-facing role (healthcare or retail experience preferred).
  • Strong customer service, sales, and client engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
