We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Accra. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing compelling visual content that strengthens our brand identity, supports marketing initiatives, and enhances the overall customer experience across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

• Design high-quality visual content for digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with Agisolve’s brand identity and business objectives.
• Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing, communications, and product teams to produce creative assets that support campaigns and business initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing collateral.
• Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, and digital assets for various communication channels.
• Design user-friendly visual layouts for presentations, proposals, and corporate documents.
• Prepare artwork for print production and coordinate with vendors where required.
• Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Support the development of creative concepts for events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Contribute fresh ideas that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other modern design tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and diverse design projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing content for both digital and print platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
