Position Summary

The Communication Specialist will develop and implement integrated communication strategies that enhance AgiSolve’s brand, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support organizational objectives. The successful candidate will create high-quality communication materials, manage digital platforms, coordinate media engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for newsletters, reports, press releases, brochures, website content, and social media platforms.
  • Manage the organization’s digital communication channels, ensuring content remains current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate media relations activities, including preparing press materials, responding to media inquiries, and building relationships with journalists and media partners.
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, stakeholder engagements, workshops, conferences, and public awareness campaigns.
  • Develop compelling success stories, case studies, impact stories, and other communication materials that showcase organizational achievements.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all communication platforms and publications.
  • Collaborate with programme and technical teams to translate complex information into clear, audience-friendly communication products.
  • Monitor communication performance using analytics and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage photography, videography, and multimedia content to strengthen digital engagement.
  • Support crisis communication activities by developing timely and accurate communication responses when required.
  • Stay informed about emerging communication trends and recommend innovative approaches to improve stakeholder engagement and organizational visibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
  • A postgraduate qualification or professional certification in Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies and producing high-quality written and digital content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, and content management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications will be an advantage.
  • Experience coordinating media engagement, stakeholder communication, and corporate events.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity, initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality communication products.
