Job Summary

Midland Guest House seeks a proactive and experienced Guest House Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate will lead staff effectively, manage guest relations, and ensure smooth administrative and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the guest house efficiently
• Supervise staff and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
• Handle bookings, guest inquiries, and guest relations professionally
• Oversee administrative tasks and operational reporting
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and hospitality
• Ensure a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests

Qualification Required & Experience

• Demonstrate experience in hospitality, hotel, or guest house management (preferred)
• Show strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate the ability to manage operations and solve problems effectively
• Be willing to relocate to Bolgatanga if not currently residing there
