Job Summary

We seek a visionary and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies, oversee business development, and manage high-performing teams across diverse sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies across all business units
  • Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors
  • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
  • Oversee branding, market positioning, and promotional activities to enhance visibility and competitiveness
  • Provide market intelligence, insights, and recommendations to executive management for strategic decision-making
  • Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and overall business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong experience in sectors such as Telecom, Software Development, Solar Energy, CCTV, Dedicated Internet, Electrical, or related products/services
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals (evidence required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA or related) is an added advantage
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate across multiple industries and manage complex portfolios
