Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Heart of House Specialist to support essential hotel operations behind the scenes. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and operational efficiency across departments including kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry services to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily cleaning and sanitation operations across kitchen, laundry, and food & beverage areas.
• Prepare, clean, and organize linen, dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain operational standards.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, washers, and dryers.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are used safely and efficiently.
• Transport linens, dishware, and supplies across hotel departments as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned work areas.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures consistently.
• Support team members to ensure smooth departmental operations during busy periods.
• Report equipment issues, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions promptly to supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospitality standards at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while performing duties.
• Assist with additional operational and cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Educational & Professional Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
