Position Summary

SBP Africa is seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking Helpers & General Operators to support daily production and operational activities. Successful candidates will contribute to maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring workplace safety, and supporting the achievement of production targets in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production and operational processes in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with the handling, movement, loading, and unloading of materials and products.
• Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within work areas.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Assist technicians, machine operators, and supervisors with operational tasks.
• Conduct basic inspections and report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Support inventory handling and material management activities when required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Perform other duties assigned to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous industrial, manufacturing, technical, or operational experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience working in production, construction, engineering, logistics, or related environments is desirable.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality performance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational standards.
• Relevant technical certifications, vocational training, or practical experience will be considered an added advantage.
