Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hostess to warmly welcome guests and deliver exceptional front-of-house service within our Food & Beverage operations. The successful candidate will create positive first impressions, coordinate guest seating arrangements, and ensure smooth communication between guests and restaurant teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently
  • Coordinate with restaurant and service teams to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service
  • Provide guests with accurate information regarding menus, promotions, and dining services
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns courteously and professionally
  • Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure adherence to hotel service standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Experience in a Food & Beverage service role preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to apply professional, confidential, and ethical conduct at all times
  • Ability to work in a safe, organized, and efficient manner
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to operate office equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is an advantage
