Job Purpose

You will support the Human Resources function by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting HR data. You will generate actionable insights that strengthen decision-making, enhance workforce planning, and improve HR processes.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Collect, clean, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare high-level HR reports, including Board Committee and HR Committee reports, as well as project reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze trends in recruitment, turnover, headcount, and other HR metrics to support workforce decisions.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure timely and accurate updates of employee information.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects through data-driven analysis and reporting.
  • Track recruitment, onboarding, and training data to evaluate HR effectiveness and contribution to business ROI.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of employee data at all times.

Key Challenges

You will:

  • Manage large volumes of HR data while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Meet strict reporting deadlines and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
  • Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ensure consistency and reliability of HR data across reports and systems.

Required Profile

Education

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

  • Statistics
  • Data Analytics
  • Economics
  • Mathematics
  • Business Administration
  • Information Systems or a related discipline

Experience

You have:

  • 3–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, HR operations, or a related role.
  • The ability to understand and interpret HR data (HR background is an advantage but not required).
  • Experience in the financial services industry (an added advantage).

Skills & Competencies

You demonstrate:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
