Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Executive to support the delivery of strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Operations
- Support employees and teams to align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Assist management in organizational development, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Advise leadership on workforce planning and employee engagement strategies.
- Provide support to the HR Manager across all HR and administrative functions.
Compensation & Compliance
- Review and update HR policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Administer payroll, staff benefits, and performance-based reward systems.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
Talent Management & Development
- Support the performance management cycle and systems to drive accountability and excellence.
- Coordinate recruitment, on-boarding, and retention of skilled employees.
- Implement training and capacity-building programs to enhance employee productivity and growth.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labour laws and internal policies.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures, with fairness and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or a structured SME environment.
- Proven experience in organizational restructuring, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices.
