Position Overview

The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR activities including recruitment, employee records management, on-boarding processes, and HR administration. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of confidentiality when handling employee information.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

  • Support employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes while maintaining accurate staff records.

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation and assist with performance tracking processes.

  • Maintain employee databases and generate HR reports when required.

  • Coordinate payroll-related information and assist with employee benefits administration.


Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with HR systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or ADP.

  • Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and administrative practices.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
