Position Overview
Pan-African Savings and Loans seeks a strategic and results-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align human resource strategies with business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Business Partner will:
Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Provide expert guidance on HR policies, labor regulations, and best practices.
Lead workforce planning and succession initiatives to ensure organizational sustainability.
Support change management and organizational development efforts.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, General Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and managing end-to-end HR processes.
