We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily kitchen operations and contribute to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer experiences.

Position Summary

As a Kitchen Staff member, you will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and support the smooth operation of the kitchen. You will work closely with team members to ensure that food is prepared efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and production activities according to established recipes and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently followed.
• Prepare ingredients and supplies required for daily operations.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Properly store food items and maintain product freshness and quality.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational and customer service goals.
• Support the kitchen team during peak operating periods to ensure efficient service delivery.

Educational Requirements

• A minimum of basic education is preferred.
• Previous experience in a kitchen, food service, hospitality, or related environment will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is an added advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food hygiene and sanitation practices is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures.
