About the Role

Munchys Ghana is seeking motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented Kitchen Staff to join its East Legon operations. The successful candidates will support food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

In this role, you will contribute directly to the quality, consistency, and timely preparation of meals that meet Munchys Ghana’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking food items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Support chefs and senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation tasks.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food supplies and ingredients.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Keep kitchen equipment clean and properly maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
• A minimum of Diploma, or HND.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Strong sense of hygiene, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• A positive and hardworking attitude.
