We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning & Development Associate who is passionate about developing people and creating impactful learning experiences that enhance employee performance and organisational success.

Job Overview

As a Learning & Development Associate, you will support the design, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives across the organisation. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to identify learning needs, coordinate training programmes, monitor learning outcomes, and contribute to building a culture of continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of learning and development programmes.
  • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with business leaders and HR teams.
  • Assist in designing and developing learning materials, presentations, and training resources.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and development programmes.
  • Maintain accurate training records and learning documentation.
  • Monitor employee participation and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes.
  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Track learning metrics and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with managers to support employee development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation.
  • Research emerging learning trends and recommend innovative approaches to employee development.
  • Ensure learning initiatives align with organisational goals and business priorities.

Education

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

The successful candidate should have:

  • Four (4) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in learning and development, talent development, human resources, or organisational development.
  • Experience coordinating learning programmes, employee development initiatives, or corporate training.
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) will be an added advantage.
