We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team and support our financial control and overnight operations.

Job Summary

The Night Auditor will oversee nightly financial audits, reconcile revenue records, prepare reports, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. The successful candidate will also provide operational support during night shifts while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and nightly audits of financial transactions.
• Prepare accurate audit, reconciliation, and financial reports.
• Reconcile cash, credit card transactions, and other revenue records.
• Identify, investigate, and report financial discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Generate management reports for review and decision-making.
• Support front desk and guest service operations during night shifts when required.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hospitality auditing, accounting, or a related financial role.
• Minimum qualification of HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation, reporting, and auditing procedures.
• Ability to work independently and effectively during overnight shifts.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
