Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing and Property Consultant to manage rental operations, tenant relations, and property administration functions. The successful candidate will oversee rental collections, maintain accurate property records, support compliance processes, and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth property operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial accuracy, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Rental Collections & Financial Administration
- Generate rental invoices and follow up on timely payments
- Record, reconcile, and monitor rental payments and tenant deposits
- Prepare monthly rental reports and arrears summaries for management review
Property Database & File Management
- Maintain and update tenant and property records in management systems
- Ensure accurate filing and secure storage of all property documentation
- Track and manage keys, access cards, and rental unit inventory
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure lease agreements comply with company policies and local regulations
- Prepare and submit regular reports on occupancy levels and vacancies
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
Coordination with Maintenance & Other Departments
- Log and track tenant maintenance requests
- Liaise with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely issue resolution
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections and related documentation
General Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Handle emails, correspondence, and tenant-related communication
- Support day-to-day operational and reporting tasks
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Certificate in Advanced Marketing is required
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in property management, leasing, or administration
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
