Position Summary

We invite applications from qualified and motivated academics for appointment to the rank of Lecturer within the Business School. Successful candidates will contribute to teaching, research, student supervision, and academic development in line with the University’s mission of excellence in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research work
• Conduct and publish research in recognized peer-reviewed journals
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic program improvement
• Participate in departmental and faculty academic activities
• Engage in community service and professional outreach
• Support academic mentorship and faculty development initiatives

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Possess a Ph.D. in a relevant field of specialization
• Demonstrate strong academic competence and research potential
• Provide names and addresses of three (3) referees
• Show excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
