Position Summary

The Lecturer will be responsible for teaching, research, student supervision, and curriculum development within the assigned discipline. The role requires active participation in academic excellence, applied research, and industry engagement to strengthen professional practice and innovation in the built and natural environment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in relevant subject areas.
• Develop and update course materials in line with academic and industry standards.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable academic journals.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic program review.
• Contribute to departmental and faculty administrative duties.
• Engage in consultancy, industry collaboration, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Mentor students to support academic and professional development.

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Have been appointed as Lecturer in the relevant discipline in a public tertiary institution or a duly accredited private tertiary institution in Ghana or elsewhere.
• Possess a PhD in the relevant field of specialization.

Note: Membership of a recognized professional body will be an added advantage.
