Position Summary

The Lecturer will teach, conduct research, supervise students, and contribute to curriculum development within the assigned engineering discipline. The successful candidate will actively support academic excellence, industry collaboration, and applied research initiatives within the University.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in relevant engineering disciplines.
• Develop and update course materials in line with academic and industry standards.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable journals.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic program review.
• Contribute to departmental and faculty administration and academic committees.
• Engage in industry collaboration and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Mentor and support students in academic and professional development.

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Have been appointed as a Lecturer in the relevant discipline in a public tertiary institution or a duly accredited private tertiary institution in Ghana or elsewhere.
• Possess a PhD in the relevant field of specialization.

Note: Membership of a recognized professional body will be an added advantage.
