Position Summary

Enterprise Life is seeking ambitious, customer-focused, and results-driven Life Planners / Sales Executives to join its growing team in Accra. The successful candidates will identify prospective clients, provide professional financial and insurance advisory services, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the achievement of sales and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote and sell life insurance and financial protection solutions to individuals and organizations.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide professional financial planning and advisory support to clients.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
  • Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and business development initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary education qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
